(1) How Many People Will See the Ad?
You can see approximately how
many people will receive your ad by e-mail and how many times it
will be viewed on the KentuckyHelpWanted.com web site by checking
your state's numbers on this chart.
(2) How Quickly Will My Ad Be Placed?
All submitted ads are
reviewed prior to being posted. Your ad will usually be posted
and e-mailed out to KentuckyHelpWanted.com subscribers within 12-24
hours (often much sooner). Though we can't guarantee quick
service in the evenings and on weekends and holidays, we'll do
our best to get your ad posted and e-mailed out quickly, even
those ads posted outside of normal business hours. Incomplete
ads submitted without a complete, accurate, valid e-mail address
will not be posted and we will be unable to notify you as to
why, so please provide a complete, accurate, valid e-mail
address so we can reach you quickly to resolve any problems with
your ad.
(3) Maximum Ad Length:
Your ad can be up to 5 lines
for a single job ad and 20 lines per job opening for a
multiple job ad (in addition to the city and title of the
open position).
(4) Include E-Mail and Web Site Links:
Yes, you can
include links to your organization's web site and e-mail
addresses which will be displayed as e-mail links. Please be
aware that displaying your e-mail address in an ad could allow
your e-mail address to be used by others for unsolicited
commercial e-mail (spam).
(5) Multiple Job Openings in One Ad:
Specific, single
job ads are less expensive. Multiple job opening ads and general
recruitment ads for organizations cost slightly more (though
less expensive than multiple single job ads). All ads, single
and multiple, are placed using this form.
(6) How To Submit Ads:
Ads can be accepted by e-mail only. All ads must be placed as
they are received.
